Website is easy to navigate. I was able to find what I wanted to have delivered. Customer service was excellent. I sent an email to enquire when my delivery would be so I could organise for someone to be home. I received my delivery whilst at work. Delivery driver called me to say he was not getting an answer. He kindly delivered where I asked him to. I then got a phone call from customer service to say they’ve only just seen my email and checking it had been delivered. The next day I decided to order another one. Within moments of me ordering the guy from customer service called me again and asked if I wanted delivery later that afternoon! The guy who called was polite and helpful both times I spoke to him. Delivery was good. I have no complaints and highly recommend Monkton Elm Garden Centre
