About the Role
This role is full time and based in our Pets Department. As a Retail Assistant, working with the Pets Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through providing a friendly and approachable service, offering appropriate product knowledge and upselling to meet sales targets.

About You
You will be passionate about pets! Enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in animals, you’ll also love helping customers find the right product for their pet. You’ll already have a good knowledge of animals, pet foods and accessories, and will be willing to train up and learn more. Your experience within Retail, ordering stock and dealing with suppliers, coupled with your flair for organising events to attract customers, make you the perfect fit for this role.
