The Bowness is a truly unique chalet which will enhance your garden and enable you to admire the garden from all angles. Features included with this building.

·         12mm European softwood tongue and groove cladding.

·         Georgian glazing made with toughened glass.

·         50x50mm tanalised floor joists.

·         Fully rebated doors and frame.

·         Mortice lock and lever handle.

·         2 opening windows.

·         Polyester roofing felt.

·         Treatment – Panels are emersed in a quality spirit-based treatment to ensure penetration on all sides. Floor bearers are tanalised. This is a natural product and will require further, regular applications of wood preserver. The factory wood treatment can be bought at Monkton Elm Garden Centre if you would like to retain the original colour of your building.

Floor Size 2440mm wide x 2440mm deep. Eaves height 1875mm. Ridge height 2240mm.

 Delivery
We are happy to deliver your building to site assuming there is appropriate access. Our drivers will use their discretion to ascertain if the access it suitable/safe. In the case of inadequate access, your building will be delivered curb side. Installation is not included.

The building is made to order so please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. This lead time is fluid and open to change without notice.

Small items
Selected smaller items are available for national delivery. This will be charged at £5.99 per order and uses Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. Orders made after 12pm on Friday, will be shipped the following Monday.

Bespoke National Delivery Prices

We do not currently offer National Delivery as standard. However, for large items such as statues, Garden Furniture and some smaller items such as plants and Garden Machinery, a national delivery charge can be offered by request. Please contact Info@Monkton-elm.co.uk or call us on 01823- 412381 to arrange a quote. (quote can take up to two days as we await confirmation from our courier)

Free Local Delivery - Local delivery, up to a distance of 5 miles is now FREE! We will be running this offer until the end of March 2025! This covers the following postcodes TA1 TA2 TA3 TA6 6

Delivery time
We aim to deliver your order as soon as we can and where possible this will be within 7 days, but this is not guaranteed. We will not notify you of delivery time as we are getting orders out as fast as we can. If you do need a confirmation of delivery date then please specify in the notes field when checking out. At this time we will only be delivering Tuesday-Saturday but this will be subject to review.

Out of stocks
Products shown as available on our website should always be in stock with us but occasionally something may go out of stock due to multiple simultaneous orders. In this case a suitable substitute product may be provided. In any case where a suitable substitute product is unavailable a member of our sales team will contact you to discuss options.

Refunds and returns
